Shipping Policy

Please Note FedEx will automatically require a signature for ANY order OVER $500.00.

Shipping Cut Off Times: Orders containing all in-stock items placed before 2 PM EST will ship the same business day. Custom orders or orders containing on-order items will ship as soon as the item is completed. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the business day after. (Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).

In-Stock Items - Items that are available to ship same day if ordered before 2 PM EST
On-Order Items - Items that are out of stock but expected to be in stock in 1 to 3 business days. Orders containing on-order items will ship as soon as the item arrives/completed. 
Out-Of-Stock Items - Items that are out-of-stock are not allowed to be added to carts for purchase. These items typically take 4 to 8 weeks to be restocked and often experience delays.

Delayed or Lost Orders: While our team works hard to ensure all orders go out on time, we cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier.  USPS does not guarantee Priority Mail estimated delivery dates, and UPS/FedEx does not guarantee Ground delivery dates. We are unable to dispatch a replacement until a shipping claim has been opened and the package has been declared lost by the shipping courier. If you believe your package is lost, please e-mail contact@lostlinesco.com to start the claim with the shipping courier.  Make sure to include your order number in your e-mail.

Damaged Shipments: Our team tries to pack our packages as securely as possible, however, we cannot always control how shipping couriers treat the packages. If the content in your package is damaged during transit, please e-mail contact@lostlinesco.com to start a claim with the shipping courier. In your e-mail include your order number and the following pictures:

Inside of package
Damaged contents

Wrong or Incomplete Address: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
